The Department of Computer Science and Applications was established in the year 2020with the courses B.Sc.(M.P.CS) Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, B.Sc.(M.S.CS)Mathematics, Statistics,and Computer Science and B.Com (Computer Applications)in EnglishMedium with an intake of 60 students in each course. The Department has well qualified and highly experienced dedicated faculty with 2+1 sanctioned posts in computer science and applications respectively. The College is affiliated to Yogi Vemana University, YSR Kadapadistrict.

The Department is widely opened to innovative ideas and methodologies ensuring qualityeducation and interaction with students, parents and staff. The department encourages students toaccomplish their goals through co-curricular and extracurricular activities by the well qualifiedexperienced faculty. The department is aimed to promote expertise in core subjects and createawareness in real time applications of the learned subjects. Students are encouraged to participate in various professiona lactivities and support for frequent field visits inorder to convert classroom knowledge to practical applications.
