It has been felt that differently-abled persons need special arrangements in the environment for their mobility and independent functioning.

Government Degree College Vempalli has provided barrier free environment on the campus, which includes ramps, multiple lifts, washrooms, wheel chairs, and personal assistance is provided for differently-abled persons.
